Who actually does the work?
Josh or Dirk advise you and your leadership team. Both are founders, both have run businesses, and whichever one is your AIO is the one in the room and on the calls. They are not the people doing the work inside your business. When work needs doing there, an operator does it through an Embedded engagement.
How is the Fractional AIO different from the Embedded engagement?
The Fractional AIO is advice: regular time with Josh or Dirk for the owner and the leadership team, on a monthly retainer. The Embedded engagement is the doing: an operator inside your business from 1 day a week, who maps how it runs, recommends what to fix and starts fixing it. You can have one without the other.
What does a fractional AIO do?
Meets with you and your leadership team on a regular cadence. Tells you where AI fits, what to do next and in what order, and how to lead the change with your people. Holds the plan between sessions so it does not drift.
How is this different from a consultant?
Most consultants write a report and leave. Your AIO stays in your leadership rhythm month after month and holds you to the plan. And Howll AI does not stop at the recommendation. When you are ready to act, we do the work through an Embedded engagement or a build.
